Wayne County Sportsman Club, 2022 / 2023 Calendar of events

WCSC has a lot to offer if you shoot an RF or CF handgun, RF rifle, or air rifle. They have scheduled dueling plaste, steel plates, and pin events going into next spring. See the above link for more details and specific dates. If you have not shot the Dueling Plate game yet, you have to try it. You most probably will be hooked. It is a fast past game where you are shooting against another shooter, not a stopwatch. The first to get their colored plates down wins. There is a lot of shooting, which is why we attend handgun events. They use a modified Lewis Award payback system.

If you like shooting the WWCCA Pin events in the summertime, this is the same format indoors over the wintertime. When I am in town, I definitely have these dates on my calendar. Note, this is a 22LR event only, not CF pistol divisions at these events. See the link for specifics

Taylor PPC Match, see schedule for shooting dates leading to the last event day & banquet that evening, Jan. 15, 2023.

Tell them you are new to PPC and they will help you. The Taylor Pistol Club shoots out of the basement range of the Taylor Police department. To get that many shooters through the program over 6 select days leading to the last day of the event and banquet - see link for the details.
